Damien Vasquez
Damien has always had a love for makeup... but not in a conventional sense. He loved the artistry of Special F/X makeup and "Movie Magic". After college, he was supported and pushed by friends and family to pursue his dream. His first "REAL" artistic endeavor was transformation makeup ..... on a professional Female Impersonator. The second was a natural look for a young girl for ....a Sweet 15. This proved to him he had no boundaries of what he and his makeup could accomplish.
In the years to follow, he worked for various prestigious cosmetic companies such as MAC Cosmetics, CK Calvin Klein Beauty and NARS Cosmetics. He used these opportunities to fine tune his already formidable abilities. The desire to move forward in his career pushed him to leave the retail world. This gave him the ability to travel and do freelance work in New York for fashion week and other large, great cities. It also allowed him to pursue a career in aesthetics and skin care.
As a Professional LICENSED Esthetician, he knows the benefits of having healthy skin as a basis for beautiful makeup...and how to maintain it. Damien is also able to provide skin care treatments such as Facials, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Vacum Facials, Body Treatments and Waxing Services. With over 23 years of experience, Damien always stays on the top on new trends and application techniques that you, the client, benefits from.
Ernesto
Ernesto began his career in Hair Styling and Design in the city of Puebla, Mexico. His first love in the fashion world was Fashion design and second was beauty.... so he attended cosmetology school. After finishing school and receiving his cosmetology license, he was ready to travel and take on the fashion world. He travels took him to Spain and New York for a short time where he was introduced to high-end hair, makeup and fashion..... on another level. He later decided to move to Houston to be with his family and continue his career.
While living in Houston,TX. he decided to follow his heart into his first real love ..... High-End Couture Fashion Design. He has excelled in his designs and has created custom looks for professional entertainers and High Profile clients throughout Texas and New York.
During the COVID19 pandemic, he used his sewing and design skills to make and donate masks to the elderly and those in poor health that may not be able to afford a mask. He donated to Employees of the University Hospital BioMedical staff, as well as a few Hospice homes so that workers would have some protection and clients may be able to visit with their family and friends during their final moments.
